Construction materials​

Y Offer is a long-standing construction company.

A striking feature of the interior is the use of structural materials that you normally only see on construction sites.

The architectural language of the project draws inspiration from the "dirty" and "rough" but at the same time its presented in a clean and sophisticated way.

Along with the design concept, it was important to find the correct materials that will make the place feel timeless. And so, We used warm and natural materials such as

exposed concrete blocks on the entrance wall, a parquet floor and wooden doors.

The public area is covered by a terrazzo floor which usually appears in exterior spaces.

The reception desk is designed in a minimalist language of concrete beam masses laid one on top of the other, bringing the concrete to the front of the stage and exposing the materials of the building instead of covering it.
